I called at the last minute yesterday to order a handmade Lei for my best friend’s son’s first birthday. I wasn’t sure I’d be able to get something like that in Alabama, especially at the last minute. Not only did they make the beautiful Lei for my nephew, they also made a flower crown for my best friend who is celebrating one year since giving birth! It was unbelievable and I was so grateful. It turned out beautifully and she was so thrilled to receive them.

The flowers were delivered on time, but the order was incomplete—the balloon I paid for was missing. I contacted the shop and was offered a replacement, but it would have arrived two days too late to matter, so I requested a refund instead. I was told the refund would take 7 business days. It has now been 29 days with no refund, no update, and no response to my follow-up call. Mistakes happen, but not fixing them in a reasonable timeframe—and then not communicating at all is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend this shop.

I purchased dyed blue hydrangeas on Saturday for a baby shower on Sunday. By the next morning, the flowers had already died. While I understand flowers can be delicate, I did not expect them to die that quickly. When I returned to the shop the morning of the shower, both the owner and the store clerk were rude. No apology was offered, and instead I was blamed for the flowers dying. The way I was spoken to was dismissive and unprofessional. The flowers not lasting was disappointing, but being treated poorly as a customer was worse. I would not recommend based on the customer service.I’m

I ordered a Happy Birthday flower arrangement for my mom in Mobile, since I'm in Texas. And I was worried about the appearance. But these flowers were amazing. And my mom was so happy! Thank you so much!

Received these flowers today and was disappointed to see that most of the flowers looked like they’d been crumbled and stomped on. I’ve seen better quality flowers at Walmart. It turns out they messed up the card and didn’t put who it was from on it (later learned who sent them and he was just as surprised). When I called to get the name that should’ve been on the card they decided it would be funny to give me false information about who the flowers were from. Unprofessional and incompetent. Do NOT give this place your money.
